In this talk, we will survey recent developments in studying manifolds with bounded Ricci covering geometry, i.e., Ricci curvature is bounded below and the (local) Riemannian universal cover satisfies some kinds of geometric conditions, e.g., non-collapsed or uniformly Reifenberg.
